Due to the linear contact between rollers and raceways, these bearings provide significantly higher load capacity than ball bearings, while maintaining stable and efficient operation.
The cage design ensures controlled roller guidance, reduced friction, and improved lubrication distribution, resulting in smoother running characteristics and enhanced high-speed capability. Compared with full complement designs, caged cylindrical roller bearings offer superior speed performance, lower operating temperature, and more stable operation under continuous load conditions.
