Hygienic construction is standard for all our lines. Product contact parts are SS316L stainless steel, and the main frame uses SS304 stainless steel. Dead-space-free design minimizes powder accumulation and cross-contamination, complying with cGMP and CE standards. Built-in dust collection system controls flying powder and reduces material loss. Equipped with Siemens PLC and multi-language HMI, the line supports easy parameter setup. Quick-change tooling and detachable components simplify cleaning and product changeover.
