molding and resin sand core casting for DN300 and below, and lost foam vacuum
casting for DN300 and above, paired with sophisticated wire feeding

To ensure long-term reliability, every fitting undergoes 100% hydrostatic
testing (at 1.5 times the working pressure), 100% anti-corrosion treatment, and
100% compliance with hygiene standards for inner linings . The inner wall is
coated with cement mortar, epoxy, or 316L stainless steel, while the outer wall
features a dual-protection layer of zinc coating plus asphalt paint or
polyurethane, effectively resisting corrosion from sewage, chemicals, and harsh
soil environments . All products adhere to international standards including ISO
2531, EN 545, GB/T 13295, and AWWA C153, passing rigorous inspections such as
chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, non-destructive flaw
detection, and salt spray corrosion resistance testing through CNAS-certified
laboratories .
