Product properties

Technomelt 3183 shows a good heat stability in melt provided the recommended working temperature is exactly kept. Technomelt 3183 has an excellent hot tack and short setting time. Due to its strong heat resistance, Technomelt 3183 is suitable for high temperature filling and shrink wrapping.

Special advice

Avoid too high level of hotmelt in the tank when the whole system will be shut down for a longer period to save the re-heat up time.

Shelf life and storage condition

At least 2 years from the date of production without negative impact on quality when kept in closed original packaging and under normal dry and cool conditions.
