3.Rust removal grade: ≥ GB8923-88 Sa2.5 (corresponding to the international standard ISO 8501-1:2007 Sa2.5). 

4.The residual amount of scale and rust on the steel surface is ≤ 1.5%, and there shall be no visible oil, dirt or stamping burrs;
