Automated Forming and Hot Pressing System
The BESURE TSMP-11075 is a fully automatic industrial packaging production machine integrating forming, hot pressing, dehydration, mold transfer, and product handling within a single production system.
Driven by servo motors and precision reducers, the machine is designed to support consistent automated production for molded packaging products used across industries such as electronics, cosmetics, jewelry, and other applications requiring customized packaging shapes and dimensions.
Fully Automatic Production Process
The TSMP-11075 uses an automated slurry forming and transfer process.
The slurry suction mold rotates 180° to align parallel with the slurry surface before descending into the material. After absorbing the slurry and completing the initial forming process, the mold rises above the slurry and rotates back to the horizontal position for dehydration.
The forming mold then works with the transfer mold during the closing process. Vacuum adsorption and air blowing are used to transfer the molded product, creating a continuous automated workflow from forming to product transfer.

The hot pressing system uses servo control and provides a maximum pressing force of 30 tons.
