These technologies have been successfully implemented in nearly 118 sets operating units and have achieved excellent results in practice. The company now holds a leading international position in this field, with a domestic market share of over 80% for isothermal shift technologies. DUN XIAN is also the only domestic supplier to provide shift technology and patented equipment to overseas companies such as Air Products (USA). As the sole domestic supplier of patented equipment, the company participated in the national 13th Five-Year Plan key R&D project: New Technologies for Synthesis Gas (or Pyrolysis Gas) Methanation, and achieved a major breakthrough. The company has also developed a new type of composite axial uniform-temperature reactor specifically for copper-based shift applications and has designed corresponding specialized process flows for various CO concentrations. Anhui Juyuan Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nanjing Dunxian Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. Located in Lai'an Economic Development Zone, Chuzhou, Anhui, just 38 km from Nanjing, the company holds pressure vessel design and manufacturing qualifications and is primarily responsible for the fabrication of patented equipment developed by Dunxian Chemical and Dunxian Environmental. It ensures both manufacturing quality and project delivery timelines.
